Service Description

Perfect for young creators who love to make things with their hands! In Sewing Club, kids will learn and build on essential machine sewing skills while working through a variety of fun projects at their own pace. Whether they're brand new to sewing or already have some experience, each child will receive guidance and encouragement as they complete projects that match their skill level. Over three classes, students will learn how to safely use a sewing machine, read simple patterns, cut fabric, sew straight and curved seams, and add finishing touches to create projects they can be proud of. Project options may include tote bags, zip pouches, plushies, pillows, seasonal décor, accessories, and more, with new choices introduced throughout the year. Because everyone works at their own pace, every child can enjoy the satisfaction of mastering new skills while creating unique handmade items to take home. All fabrics, notions, and sewing machine use are included. Suitable for ages 8 and up.
