1. Final guest numbers are required 1 week before the party begins. This allows us time to properly prepare and provide the necessary materials for the art project. Additional children attending after this count will be charged at $20 each, and we cannot guarantee we will have all the materials. We order a lot of our materials specifically for our parties based on provided numbers and the chosen project.
    

2. We begin our parties with art for the first hour, and after a quick cleanup the art tables will be available for snacks, treats, and meals. Please do not hand out any food or drink until after the art tables have been cleaned up. This allows us to sanitize properly for safe eating, as well as keep our art supplies tidy and organized with less waste due to contamination.
    

3. Once the hour of art has ended and been cleaned up, the remainder of the party is for food, gift opening, dancing, and hanging out. Please do not bring out anymore materials after the art hour is over.
    

4. We are an allergy-sensitive space. No nuts allowed.
    

5. We have many supplies within reach on our shelves for our regular programming, however we ask that families encourage the children to only use the materials placed out for the specific art project chosen. If a child sees something on the shelf they’d like to use, please feel free to ask a staff and they will make the decision depending on the agreed upon art project chosen.
    

6. Please use materials with purpose and respectfully. We understand children get excited and can be overzealous when it comes to using the materials, but please encourage the children to only take what they need and to do their best not to dump materials onto the tables. For us to keep the cost of our programs low and accessible to everyone, we need to reduce as much waste as possible :)
    

7. Our staff are available to guide the children in their artmaking, however it is not our responsibility to manage behaviours. Please no running in the studio. Please no throwing (balloons, etc).
    

8. Music is welcome, but please keep the volume at a reasonable level as we have businesses right next to us that can hear everything.
    

9. Do not tape decorations to the walls. Balloons are welcome if tethered to a weight.
